今年も米ケ袋の花桃が綺麗に咲いた。今日（5月5日）あたりが見納めかな。

「遊動マルタンガール」を使う
先日「とまと」に乗ったときにこの「遊動マルタンガール」を使った。
この装置の写真はここにある。
「とまと」はすぐに頭を上げてしまうのでそれを防ぐことができる。装置をつけた「とまと」の走りは安定したものでとても乗り易かった。
「乗馬教本」（日本馬術連盟）の説明は「ウマが制御できないほど高く上げたり振ったりするのを防ぐ」また「騎乗者の手がどんなに動いても手綱は常に正しい方向から銜に到達するのを確実にするためのものである」とある。
マルタンガールには遊動マルタンガール（Running Malutingale）と固定マルタンガール（Standing Malutingale）がある。使ったのは前者である。
「折り返し」を使うことに批判的な意見をよく聞くが、それとは違う役割を「マルタン」はしているのかもしれない。
仙台も桜が咲いた
今日（4月４日）に近くの片平市民センターに行ってみた。

今日（3月１２日）に散歩中に近所の家の梅の花が一輪咲いているのを発見した：
もしかしてと思い東北大学片平キャンパスに行ってみた。そこの梅はかなりの花を付けていた：

嘗ては木製でかなり鄙びた感じでカメラの被写体になった。
米ケ袋の蝋梅2025
米ケ袋の蝋梅が咲いていた。今日（2月９日）とは少し早いような気がするが、春は近いことを感じた。

シネマ館：TOUCH/タッチ
赤旗日曜版の映画案内に気になる映画が紹介されていた。
映画のタイトルは「TOUCH/タッチ」で記事の見出しには「50年前消えた恋人を捜す」とある。
アイスランドでレストランを営むクリストファーは初期の認知症と診断され、それを機に人生でやり残したことを追及する決意をする。
それは50年前にロンドンで出会い恋に落ちたミコを捜すことであった。
ミコは日本料理店を営んでいた父とともに突然に姿を消してしまった。そのわけを知りたくて、クリストファーはイギリス、東京、そしてミコの故郷である広島へと旅する。
